Here’s what you can expect working with us.
Initial Meeting
During the initial meeting, you will meet with Joel to discuss who you are, as well as your wants and needs regarding your new modern home. The discussion will also turn to who 641 is and what we are all about in order to ensure we are the perfect team to build your home.
General Concept Collaboration
The next step is to determine what you are looking for in your new modern home.We will work with you to create a general concept for the home including any specific points you wish to include. Rough estimates can be provided during this process to assist you with any financial inquiries.
House Plan & Design
House Plan
From this point we will construct a house plan based on the concept that was discussed in the previous meeting.
House Design
At this time, our on staff designer will work with you to produce the perfect design for you and your family. Price quotes for your new home will be provided at this stage.
Building Begins
After your final approval of building plans and time schedules, construction will begin keeping you up-to-date throughout the entire building process.
